Well, I haven't logged in over a week, but that does not mean I haven't been sticking to my program!!! I have missed a few days here and there, but am still getting a workout in 5 days a week on average! I had every intention of doing a "mock" 5K last week but the days I was able to do that we had nasty thunderstorms. So, I did other things for my workout those days. However I did do a "mock" 5K on the treadmill. It took me 48 minutes because I just power walked the whole thing at about 4.3 mph, but I was happy with that. It was a good workout for me and I feel that I have more endurance now than a did a month ago.
I will do better about logging! I appreciate all the support on here and the people who keep me motivated and on track! I even got on the scale last week to see that I am down 9 pounds! That is HUGE for me! I really hope to keep it going!
